We operate three major factories with a total production area of 19,000 square meters.Our Shenzhen headquarters and Jiangxi facility specialize in the manufacturing of LCD display modules, ensuring stable supply and high-quality output. Meanwhile, our Dongguan factory focuses on AMOLED production, equipped with advanced technology and cleanroom facilities to meet the needs of high-end display applications.
Product Development & Manufacturing Process
Project Evaluation and Feasibility Analysis
After the customer order is confirmed, the project manager, planning, and production departments will hold a project review meeting to comprehensively evaluate the feasibility, production capacity, material requirements, technical solutions, and delivery cycle of the project. After the review is approved, confirm the production plan and material procurement.
Raw Material Preparation/Material Procurement
According to the evaluation results, the procurement team prepares various raw materials required for the screen module, including TFT/LCD panels, driver ICs, touch modules, backlight components, and related electronic components. Materials are strictly inspected according to specifications and standards to ensure production stability.
SMT Automatic Mounting/SMT Assembly
SMT (Surface Mount Technology) is performed on an automatic surface mount machine, laying the foundation for subsequent FOG/COG packaging and module assembly.
FOG/COG Encapsulation and Software Testing
FOG (Flex On Glass) or COG (Chip On Glass) packaging. After packaging, perform driver program burning and software debugging. Ensure display effect, touch response, and stable functionality
Backlight Installation and Cover Lens Assembly
1.Backlight system installation
2.Cover lens bonding
3.Each stage is equipped with strict quality inspection points to detect optical uniformity, bonding accuracy, and appearance defects
Quality Inspection & Laboratory Testing
After the module is assembled, it enters the laboratory for system testing, including:
1. Aging Test: Continuous operation to test stability
2. Salt Spray Test: Corrosion Resistance
3. Temperature Test: Environmental Adaptability
4. Drop Test: Impact resistance
Ensure that each screen operates reliably in various working environments.
Packaging & Delivery
After strict inspection, the products are packaged with anti-static and shockproof measures, and air, sea, or express delivery methods are selected according to customer needs to ensure timely and safe delivery to customers.
